Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP223 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SKP223’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where RN7SKP223 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SKP223 is over-expressed in tumor.
LIHC are the cancer types where RN7SKP223 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
