Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP195 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SKP195’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where RN7SKP195 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SKP195 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA and ESCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.

THCA, ESCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where RN7SKP195 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
