Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP192 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP192 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RN7SKP192 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP192 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, COAD, and KICH are the cancer types where RN7SKP192 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
