Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SKP180 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SKP180 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP180 is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RN7SKP180 RNA expression shows 7,427 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight ACC, THCA, and TGCT as cancer lineages where RN7SKP180 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
