Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP168 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SKP168’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where RN7SKP168 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SKP168 is over-expressed in tumor.
LUSC, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RN7SKP168 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
