Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP134 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SKP134’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where RN7SKP134 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SKP134 is over-expressed in tumor.
STAD are the cancer types where RN7SKP134 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
