Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP125 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP125 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RN7SKP125 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP125 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KICH, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RN7SKP125 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
