Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP114 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP114 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RN7SKP114 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP114 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LGG show a favorable association.

SKCM, CESC, and BRCA are the cancer types where RN7SKP114 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
