Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP105 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP105 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RN7SKP105 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP105 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

STAD, ACC, and BRCA are the cancer types where RN7SKP105 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
