The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RMRPP5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RMRPP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where RMRPP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
