Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RMND1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RMND1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RMND1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RMND1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
STAD, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where RMND1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
