RMND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,911 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMT1, TCP1, and TXNDC15. Each is linked with RMND1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMND1-to-partner and partner-to-RMND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMND1 versus ARMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
