RMND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMND1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, JNK2, and MSH2. Each is linked with RMND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMND1-to-partner and partner-to-RMND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by RMND1-low versus RMND1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
