Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RMI2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RMI2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RMI2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RMI2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC are the cancer types where RMI2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
