Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,550 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, SPC25, and SKA1. Each is linked with RMI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMI1-to-partner and partner-to-RMI1 results are reported.
