RMI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMI1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FASN, and MEK1. Each is linked with RMI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMI1-to-partner and partner-to-RMI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by RMI1-low versus RMI1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
