Across TCGA cell cohorts, RMI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,496 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with RMI1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMI1-to-partner and partner-to-RMI1 results are reported.
