RMDN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,446 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFAP1, GALK2, and UBR1. Each is linked with RMDN3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN3-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMDN3 versus MFAP1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMDN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMDN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
