Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3_pS9, Ku80, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with RMDN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN3-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN3 results are reported.
