Across TCGA cell cohorts, RMDN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,606 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, Endosomal vesicle fusion, and Negative regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with RMDN3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN3-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN3 results are reported.
