RMDN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,509 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, NBN, and CPNE3. Each is linked with RMDN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN1-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMDN1 versus SCRIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
