RMDN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,021 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPNE3, WWP1, and MEX3B. Each is linked with RMDN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN1-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMDN1 versus CPNE3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
