Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RMC1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RMC1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RMC1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RMC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where RMC1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
