RMC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,233 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATAD2A, NPC1, and EPG5. Each is linked with RMC1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMC1-to-partner and partner-to-RMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMC1 versus GATAD2A in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
