RMC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,236 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP8_S327, NPC1, and OSBPL1A. Each is linked with RMC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMC1-to-partner and partner-to-RMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMC1 versus RBBP8_S327 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
