RMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,625 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-18P, H2AZ1, and TIPIN. Each is linked with RMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMC1-to-partner and partner-to-RMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-18P grouped by RMC1-low versus RMC1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
