RMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,635 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNPLA6, CTU1, and ANXA4. Each is linked with RMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMC1-to-partner and partner-to-RMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA6 grouped by RMC1-low versus RMC1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
