Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RLN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RLN2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RLN2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RLN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, CESC, and PRAD are the cancer types where RLN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
