Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,785 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RLN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICALL1, BOD1L1, and BSG. Each is linked with RLN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLN2-to-partner and partner-to-RLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RLN2 versus MICALL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
