Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLP2, CISD1, and TOB1. Each is linked with RLN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLN2-to-partner and partner-to-RLN2 results are reported.
