Across TCGA cell cohorts, RLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,718 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization, Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus, and Microtubule bundle formation. Each is linked with RLN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLN2-to-partner and partner-to-RLN2 results are reported.
