Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RLF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RLF data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RLF Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RLF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRP, and PRAD are the cancer types where RLF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
