Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RLF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS1, NASP, and ISCU. Each is linked with RLF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLF-to-partner and partner-to-RLF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RLF versus CTPS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
