Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RLF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC25A, GMNN, and HAUS8. Each is linked with RLF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLF-to-partner and partner-to-RLF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RLF versus CDC25A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
