Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLF-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_epsilon, 14-3-3_beta, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with RLF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLF-to-partner and partner-to-RLF results are reported.
