Across TCGA cell cohorts, RLF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,634 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Sex-chromosome dosage compensation, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with RLF in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLF-to-partner and partner-to-RLF results are reported.
