Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RLF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 276 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RLF-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAT8B, PLA2G3, and C20orf85. Each is linked with RLF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLF-to-partner and partner-to-RLF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAT8B grouped by RLF-low versus RLF-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
