RLBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with RLBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RLBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by RLBP1-low versus RLBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
