Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RLBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RLBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC11, C20orf173, and DEFA4. Each is linked with RLBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RLBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC11 grouped by RLBP1-low versus RLBP1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
