Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RITA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,338 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RITA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT16, NECAB3, and COQ10A. Each is linked with RITA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RITA1-to-partner and partner-to-RITA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RITA1 versus GALNT16 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RITA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RITA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
