Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RITA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RITA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-627P, RNU1-17P, and RPS6P7. Each is linked with RITA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RITA1-to-partner and partner-to-RITA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-627P grouped by RITA1-low versus RITA1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RITA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RITA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
