Across TCGA patient cohorts, RITA1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RITA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Class-switched memory B-cells, Melanocytes, and HSC. Each is linked with RITA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RITA1-to-partner and partner-to-RITA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Class-switched memory B-cells grouped by RITA1-low versus RITA1-high in UCEC.
