Across TCGA cell cohorts, RITA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,891 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RITA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA 5'-end processing, Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with RITA1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RITA1-to-partner and partner-to-RITA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA 5'-end processing grouped by RITA1-low versus RITA1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
