Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIT2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RIT2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RIT2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

THCA, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RIT2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
