Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,040 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, Oxidative phosphorylation, and ATP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RIT2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT2-to-partner and partner-to-RIT2 results are reported.
