Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,172 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSD17B7P2, RN7SKP295, and RNU6-6P. Each is linked with RIT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT2-to-partner and partner-to-RIT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSD17B7P2 grouped by RIT2-low versus RIT2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
