RIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, p62 Lck ligand, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with RIT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT2-to-partner and partner-to-RIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by RIT2-low versus RIT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
