Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 420 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of smooth muscle cell differentiation, Negative regulation of Notch signaling pathway, and Response to odorant. Each is linked with RIT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT2-to-partner and partner-to-RIT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of smooth muscle cell differentiation grouped by RIT2-low versus RIT2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
