Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OC90, SLC7A14, and SSMEM1. Each is linked with RIT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT2-to-partner and partner-to-RIT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OC90 grouped by RIT2-low versus RIT2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
