Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIPOR3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RIPOR3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RIPOR3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIPOR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, MESO, and UCEC are the cancer types where RIPOR3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
